NC TEACH classes are scheduled at night, on Saturdays and online.
Improved Delivery Model:
The UNCW program is offered using online, distance learning, and face to face sessions at the UNCW campus and at our extension site in Jacksonville. Students must be able to attend all sessions in order to remain enrolled in NC TEACH. The additional courses required for licensure are offered at night at UNCW, and/or online at least once per year. Daytime course sections are available for students who want to attend on a full time basis.

NC TEACH participants, in the current and past cohorts, will begin receiving support through the Watson School of Education’s First Years of Teaching Support Program. These teachers will receive personal and electronic access to mentors and support materials for their first three years of teaching.
